Check your plan and balance

  1. Open Settings and find Billing & credits.
  2. Review the plan, subscription status, and credit balance shown on the page.
  3. If PaperPilot displays a credit notice, review the available in-app options or use the published support route.

How many credits a document uses

  1. A standard document, up to 10 pages and 2 MB, uses 40 credits.
  2. Longer or larger documents use 20 more credits for each extra 10 pages or 2 MB, whichever is larger. For example, a 15-page PDF uses 60 credits and a 25-page PDF uses 80.
  3. Before reading anything above 40 credits, PaperPilot shows the cost and asks you to confirm. Each file in a folder or ZIP is priced on its own.
  4. Credits are used only when a document is read successfully. Uploading, storing, searching, and organizing do not use credits.
