What PaperPilot is
PaperPilot is a web application that helps people keep everyday paperwork under control. You add receipts, invoices, contracts, leases, insurance policies, warranties, and similar records, and PaperPilot recognizes the text, suggests a category, extracts useful details such as vendors, amounts, reference numbers, and dates, and keeps everything searchable in one private library.
It runs in a modern web browser. There is nothing to install, and the workspace is available only after you sign in.
What it helps you do
- Upload PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF files up to 25 MB each, including several files, a folder, or a ZIP at once.
- Import supported attachments from a connected Gmail or Outlook account without downloading them first.
- Review and correct extracted details, then organize records with categories, folders, tags, and saved views.
- Read plain-English contract summaries and heuristic risk signals such as auto-renewal or penalty clauses.
- Track due dates, renewals, and expirations, export deadlines as an ICS file, or keep them in sync with Google Calendar.
- Create document, deadline, and contract-risk reports and export them as CSV or PDF.
Who it is for
PaperPilot is designed for individuals managing household and personal paperwork: bills, subscriptions, medical bills and receipts, tax documents, warranties, and insurance. Freelancers who handle a small volume of vendor paperwork can use the same tools.
What it is not
PaperPilot is not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial adviser. Contract summaries and risk scores are informational and are not legal advice. AI extraction can make mistakes, especially with unclear scans, so always check important dates, amounts, and terms against the original document.
How your documents are handled
Documents belong to your account and are protected by authenticated access and per-user authorization controls. We do not sell your personal information. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and the Security Overview describes the controls that protect workspace data.
Plans
PaperPilot offers two individual plans. Personal costs $9.99/month or $100.99/year and includes 500 credits every month. Personal Plus costs $19.99/month or $191.90/year and includes 1,200 credits every month. AI processing uses these processing credits, and plan features, credit allowances, and prices may change. Details are in the Terms of Sale and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
