PaperPilot’s extracted fields, summaries, risk indicators, deadlines, classifications, assistant responses, and other generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Document actions (added October 27, 2026)
The same applies to results of document actions, including receipt values, duplicate and recurring-payment findings, insurance and contract summaries, warranty and expiry dates, comparisons, completeness checks, and answers to questions. Check them against the source documents before relying on them.
Service availability
We aim to keep PaperPilot available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. Features, providers, supported file types, usage limits, and integrations may change. Third-party services may also experience outages or limitations outside our control. Connected features such as email import and Google Calendar sync depend on those providers and on your connection remaining valid, so an import, calendar event, or reminder may be delayed, missing, or out of date.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GladoGadgets and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising from or related to PaperPilot.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of GladoGadgets for claims related to PaperPilot will not exceed the amount you paid to GladoGadgets for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this page excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining copies of important source documents, checking generated results and calendar entries against the source document, ensuring that you have permission to upload and process content, and using PaperPilot in compliance with law and the Terms of Service.
