Digital products only
PaperPilot sells access to digital software features, subscriptions, workspace capacity, and usage credits. No physical goods are sold or delivered through PaperPilot.
Prices, currency, and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your account or presented during checkout. Plan prices on the website are displayed in US Dollars (USD) for reference, but payments are processed by Razorpay and charged in Indian Rupees (INR), so the amount shown at checkout will be in INR and may not exactly match the displayed USD price. Currency conversion may use the rate and pricing information available when the price is calculated. Your payment provider or financial institution may apply its own conversion rate, fees, or taxes. Prices may be displayed exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes depending on the checkout presentation and local requirements.
Clarification on payment currency (added October 27, 2026)
Credit top-ups are currently created and charged in US Dollars (USD). Subscription charges use the currency of the subscription plan set up with Razorpay. Whatever the description above, the amount and currency shown at checkout are what you will be charged.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal. Razorpay processes subscription payments. You authorize Razorpay to charge the applicable renewal amount using the payment method you provide. Renewal pricing, credits, seats, and limits are shown in your account or at checkout.
Credits and usage
Credits are usage units for eligible PaperPilot features. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between unrelated accounts. Credits may expire or be replaced according to the plan or purchase terms shown when they are issued.
Usage-based credit charges (added October 27, 2026)
How many credits a feature uses depends on the work it does, such as the size and page count of a document or the amount of AI processing an action uses. The Terms of Service section “How credits are charged” explains the method, including the maximum you approve before an action runs and the return of credits for failed operations. Returning credits for a failed operation is a credit adjustment, not a payment refund.
Payment authorization and failed payments
You authorize payment of all valid charges associated with your purchase. If a payment fails, we may retry it, limit paid features, or suspend the subscription until the account is brought up to date. You must keep payment and billing information accurate.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription through the available account or support process. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and does not automatically reverse the current billing period. Purchases are non-refundable for accidental purchases, choosing the wrong plan, failing to cancel before renewal, unused credits, or other user error, except where a refund is required by applicable law. See the Refund, Cancellation, and Returns Policy for the support process.
Server-side payment or access issues
If a confirmed payment does not activate the purchased plan, access is interrupted by a PaperPilot server-side error, or you are charged because of a technical billing problem, email mail@paperpilot.net with your account email and payment reference. We will investigate the issue and determine an appropriate corrective resolution under applicable law and the Refund, Cancellation, and Returns Policy.
Governing terms
These Terms of Sale are part of the PaperPilot Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the more specific purchase term controls for that purchase, subject to applicable law.
