We collect account information such as your email address, display name, workspace membership, and authentication records. When you use PaperPilot, we process the documents, images, metadata, deadlines, contract reviews, and messages you choose to provide.
We also receive device, browser, diagnostic, and usage information needed to secure, operate, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide document storage and analysis, create the workspace features you request, send notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and communicate important service updates. We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing
PaperPilot uses automated systems to extract fields, summarize documents, identify potential risks, and answer questions about your workspace. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and is not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. We limit AI context to the workspace data needed for the requested feature.
Sharing and service providers
We share information with infrastructure, authentication, storage, monitoring, and AI providers only as needed to operate PaperPilot. Providers are required to protect information under their agreements with us. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or the public.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request export or deletion through support. Backups may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.

You can update profile information, manage workspace members, control notifications, and request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting gladogadgets@yahoo.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights.
