Our commitment
We aim to support WCAG 2.2 Level AA practices across the product, including keyboard access, visible focus states, readable contrast, semantic structure, labeled controls, and reduced-motion preferences.
PaperPilot is designed to help people review paperwork without relying on a single way of working. Public pages use a logical heading structure, readable text, responsive layouts, descriptive link labels, and controls that can be reached with a keyboard. We also aim to keep interactive feedback understandable when a document is uploaded, processed, shared, or exported.
Supported ways to use PaperPilot
Users can navigate the public site and core workspace controls with a keyboard, use browser zoom and reflow on smaller screens, and use common screen readers and other assistive technologies supported by modern browsers. Focus indicators, form labels, button names, error feedback, and status messages are reviewed as part of product updates.
Uploaded documents can vary widely in structure and may contain scanned images, tables, or handwriting. PaperPilot’s generated text and extracted fields should be checked against the original file. If a document preview is not accessible in a particular format, download the source file or contact us for help finding an alternative way to review it.
Known limitations
Some AI-generated content, third-party authentication screens, charts, and uploaded documents may not yet be fully accessible in every context. We are improving these areas as we identify issues.
Third-party services may introduce their own accessibility behavior, and automated document extraction cannot guarantee that every visual or semantic detail is preserved. Accessibility support does not change the need to verify important contract, billing, tax, or deadline information against the source document.
How to report a barrier
When reporting an issue, please include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, your browser and operating system, and the assistive technology or zoom setting involved. A short description of what happened and what you expected will help us reproduce the problem. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or the contents of a private document unless our support team specifically requests a safe redacted example.
